Showcasing her unique sound in the saturated world of electronica, Jennifer Touch successfully combines dark 80's vintage synths with industrial soundscapes, delivered with a visceral post-punk snarl that is home on the dance floor and off. You'll rarely find an artist today so devoted to sound and as deeply immersed in the affective reverberation of old synths. She calls it Post-Wave-Cold-Pop-Acid-Romance, rubbing sonic shoulders with PJ Harvey, DAF and Depeche Mode. Jennifer Touch is an artist on a journey, not afraid to share the intimate details on route to her destination, wherever that may be, creating a safe space for herself and for others to sink into. As a child, she was led to believe all the melodies in the world had already been used, rendering being a musician pointless. Ignoring the bollocks, her strong sense of independence and the desire for self-expression through music prevailed, and after the Berlin wall came down, her early musical tastes expanded beyond 80's pop, embracing the bleak and rough techno of Berlin's underground. She released 2 studio albums, alongside interviews and reviews at Metal Mag, MOJO, Uncut, Future Music and DJ Mag, Jennifer collaborated with Curses and Paranoid London and was part of the Next Wave Acid Punx DEUX compilation, alongside Boy Harsher, The KVB and Buzz Kull. In the last years Jennifer has been touring across the UK, Europe, Mexico and Colombia. Her new album at Fabrika Records will be out in September 2025.
